Field House Nursing Home, in Radcliffe on Trent, is one of the UK's most respected Nursing Homes. Mr R Pring and Mrs P Pring have owned Field House since 1983

They have continually developed the Home and with a team of dedicated staff, have worked hard to achieve the good reputation the Home has established.

Radcliffe-on-Trent is only a short distance from Nottingham. There are regular bus and train services from Nottingham to Radcliffe and it is easily accessible from Newark, Grantham, Derby, Leicester and surrounding villages.

'I have been a trained nurse since 1986, firstly qualifying as a psychiatric nurse at Salford School of Nursing, then as a General Nurse in 1991 at Sheffield School of Nursing. I have experience working in a variety of care settings; the past 18 years have been as a Care Home Manager.

I am lucky enough to work for Nursing Home proprietors whose main focus is providing excellent care for people. I came to Field House in November 2011 and quickly realised that there is a great heart and spirit with the staff team at Field House - I want Field House to be a shining light; a home that cares for residents, relatives and staff. We need and encourage feedback and support from relatives and residents to improve what we do.

Away from work I enjoy medieval basket weaving and tapestry, baking and being a huge fan of the Nolan sisters.
